The purchase contract is entered into with Represent Cloth.
By listing products on our website, we invite you to purchase those items. You may add products to your cart without obligation and make changes to your order at any time before finalizing it.
A contract is formed when you click the “Place Order” button, confirming your intent to purchase.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Please note:
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Pre-order items are made specifically for your order and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
3. Language & Record of the Contract
Our store and order process are conducted in English.
We store your order details and will send them to you via email. You may also review your order history through your customer account on our website.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Orders are shipped via trusted postal and courier services.
We do not offer local pickup or delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

7. Retention of Ownership
All products remain the property of Represent Cloth until full payment has been received.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please report the issue to the delivery carrier immediately and contact our customer service team at Sale@representcloth.shop.
Notifying us promptly helps us process replacements or claims with the shipping carrier efficiently.
9. Warranty
We comply with all applicable UK consumer protection laws regarding defective or faulty items.
This warranty does not cover:
