If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make it right quickly and fairly.
🕒 Return & Refund Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital content
- Personal or hygiene items
- Any item marked as final sale
📩 How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at representclothshop1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide full return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit/debit card provider.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us first at representclothshop1@gmail.com before sending your package.
We’ll provide return and replacement instructions.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping
To return your product, ship it to the address provided in your return approval email.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
